Stay in One of Ronda’s Best Hotels

Parador Hotel Ronda

Ronda's Parador Hotel

A visit to Ronda is never complete unless you stay at least two nights to see all that the city has to offer, and give youself a chance to experience one of the countryside atractions such as the neoloithic painted caves at Pileta, or the ruined Roman city of Acinipo, or even just take a stroll out of the city and enjoy our local nature.

Ronda’s Parador hotel is considered the best in the city for people looking for four star comfort, with the convenience of being in the centre of the city, in fact the hotel overlooks the gorge that separates the old and new parts of Ronda. This is also one of only three hotels in Ronda that has a swimming pool and their menu of Ronda dishes in the restaurant is considered second to none.

If you’re looking for something more, rooms with stylish decor and hints of the old Moorish city, the Hotel San Gabriel, or Hotel Montelirio shouldn’t be overlooked, both being family owned hotels with long pedigrees of providing hospitality. They are both in the old town in amongst the cobbled streets of the Moorish quarter.

A delightful little bed and breakfast (B&B) is Baraka, just down the street from the Casa del Rey Moro. This is a very small 3 room hotel decorated by the owner to promote the tranquility of the Arabic influences, with wall frescos hand painted, and a charming quaintness to the hotel that is unique in the city.

These are just some of the hotels in Ronda, all of which are in very close proximity to the major monuments, the Puente Nuevo bridge, the Plaza de Toros, the Mondragon Palace, the town hall and Santa Maria Church, the old city walls, the Arab Baths, and Ronda’s unusual museums.
